The first meeting of the BRICS Working Group on Nuclear Medicine was held on 13 February on the sidelines of the second Future Technologies Forum.
The meeting was moderated by the Rosatom State Corporation First Deputy Director General and Director of the Rosatom Development and International Unit Kirill Komarov and Deputy Director for Scientific Work of the Granov Russian Scientific Centre of Radiology and Surgical Technologies of the Russian Ministry of Health and President of the Russian Society of Nuclear Medicine Andrey Stanzhevsky. Meeting participants discussed the development of nuclear medicine within BRICS, agreed on a more effective format for interaction, and developed a regulatory framework for the working group.
The Roscongress Foundation manages the events of Russia’s BRICS Chairship.
