The 4th ‘InterYes! 4.0’ International Youth Forum on Public Diplomacy will take place in a hybrid format in the Ulyanovsk Region on 16 April.

The event will bring together young leaders involved in public diplomacy from around the world. The Forum participants will discuss tools to support youth initiatives in this regard and create a bank of ideas for future projects.

The Roscongress Foundation manages the events of Russia’s BRICS chairship.
