The Council on Combating Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism will meet in Nizhny Novgorod on 24 April.
The meeting participants will share their experience in the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing and discuss the outlook for joint projects and cooperation between agencies within BRICS.
The meeting will lead to the development of joint measures to minimize the global risks associated with the financing of terrorism, the fight against corruption, drug trafficking, and the use of cryptocurrency for criminal purposes.
The event programme consists of a plenary session, round tables, and discussions planned to bring together ministry and agency heads, international experts, and representatives of the scientific community.
