Rio de Janeiro will host a meeting of the BRICS Working Group for the Research of Competition Issues in Digital Markets on 22 November.
The meeting participants will examine trends and initiatives in protecting and intensifying competition in digital markets, exchange experience in how to adapt antimonopoly legislation to new economic realities in the era of artificial intelligence, and discuss the impact of digitalization on the development of competition.
The event will be attended by representatives of the BRICS competition authorities and expert community.
The Roscongress Foundation manages the events of Russia’s BRICS chairship.
