Sochi to Host BRICS Justices Forum

The BRICS Chief Justices Forum will begin its work in Sochi on 19 June 2024.

The event will be attended by Russian Supreme Court Chief Justice Irina Podnosova and the justices from the highest judicial bodies of BRICS countries.

The meeting participants will discuss ways to ensure the uniformity of judicial practice and harmonize the legislation of BRICS member states, judicial protection for the social rights of citizens and the rights of investors, the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms in criminal proceedings, and ways to incorporate technologies into judicial processes.
