The Second Meeting of the BRICS Anti-Corruption Working Group (ACWG) was Held on 6–7 June in Vienna
The meeting participants continued work on the Russian Chairship’s key position document on common BRICS approaches to intensifying cooperation in the fight against corruption and asset recovery. They exchanged views on other issues, including prospects for the evaluation mechanisms of the UN Convention against Corruption. In addition, with the support of the UN Office on Drugs and Crime, a special BRICS event was held on the development of anti-corruption education, continuing professional training, and strengthening the role of young people in the fight against corruption.
The Roscongress Foundation manages the events of Russia’s BRICS Chairship.
